If you took advantage of this offer, here's what you need to know (aka the Terms + Conditions):
1. In order to receive either or both rebates, customers must meet the terms and conditions described below and must:
a. Purchase a WIND device at an authorized retailer or dealer and activate a WIND account between August 6 and September 30, 2010 inclusive. Products and services purchased or activated outside of these dates are not eligible for this offer. Purchase date is determined by invoice date. Activation date is determined by your WIND account activation date. To receive the second rebate, the WIND device must be a Huawei U7519 and the device must be purchased while quantities last.
b. Submit a completed rebate application between 9am EST, August 13 and 3am EST, Oct 8, 2010 inclusive.
2. The WIND account associated with the phone on which the rebate is being claimed must be active and in good-standing at time of rebate processing. If you have returned your phone or suspended/cancelled your account, you do not qualify for the rebate.
3. You cannot have an anonymous WIND account. You must provide your name, address and phone number when purchasing your phone and activating your account and these details must match the name, address and phone number you provide on the rebate claim form.
4. Limit (1) rebate application per phone number/phone. Dealers and distributors may not participate in this offer. Offer valid only to purchases made in Canada and to Canadian residents only.
5. Rebates will be issued within 10-12 weeks of the end of the offer. Rebates will be paid by in Canadian dollars by cheque and mailed via Canada Post Letter Mail to the address on your WIND account. Timely cashing of the rebate check is a necessary condition to obtain a rebate under this offer. In the event your rebate check is not cashed within 90 days, the rebate offer expires and is void. Cheques are void if not cashed within 90 days from the issuance date and cannot be reissued.
6. Applies only to devices purchased at a regular retail prices. Does not apply to Lightly Loved devices or SIM cards.
7. Offer is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law and non transferable. WIND reserves the right to request additional information regarding this claim regardless of paper or electronic submission. False information disqualifies the rebate application making it subject to review under Canadian regulations. If the terms and conditions are not met the rebate application will be denied. Rebate claim status updates, approval, denial and other notices may be sent by email.
